As **Legal Associate**, you will manage emerging compliance risks in Americas, particularly LATAM and support resource constrained global team on managing compliance operations. **Responsibilities**: - Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance. - As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs. - Lead and manage ICON's Global Procurement & Vendor Management team regarding; (a) legal review and management of a large volume vendor/subcontractor agreements; and (b) assist in developing and reviewing the priority listing I matrix of such vendor/subcontractor agreements on an on-going basis. - Provide advice to ICON's Global Procurement & Vendor Management team ("GPVM") regarding;(a) legal review and management of a large volume vendor/subcontractor agreements; and (b) assisting GPVM in developing and reviewing on an on-going basis the priority listing / matrix of such vendor/subcontractor agreements (based on certain key risk parameters eg. financial spend, regulatory environment, country services are being provided and nature and type of services the vendor subcontractor is providing (regulated vs. non-regulated)). **Benefits of Working in ICON**: Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
