At Danfoss, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Administration Intern to join our team. As a General Administration Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide support in managing correspondence and internal/external communication.
Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and business trips.
Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate in managing files and records, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in office supplies management and place orders as needed.
Perform general administrative support tasks, such as handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, and scheduling appointments.

**Requirements**:
University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
