Grow with us as **an IT Security and Governance Engineer** in Kellogg. You will be responsible for executing the strategy set by architecture. You will also be responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure and operations, in accordance with security policies and guidelines.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Implementing Security Requirements-** Implements solutions for intrusion detection and notification, security auditing, alerting, and response, virus detection and removal, password complexity enforcement, and data & media protection aligned with global security teams.
- ** Network Design/ Development-** Assist Infrastructure Team to maintain local Internet, remote access, VPNs, and connectivity protocols secure.
- ** Project Management & Delivery
- **Complies with the regional and global PMO, Governance and Security procedures during complete project lifecycle
- ** Solutions Design/ Development / Deployment-** Assists in determining security solutions specifications, input/output processes, infrastructure requirements and working parameters for security solutions

Recommends changes/ enhancements for improved systems availability, reliability, performance, and user experience.
- ** Documentation/ User Guides
- **Documents new or modified functions, modules and test activities/results.Ensures all documentation is delivered according to specified guidelines and on selected media.
- ** Communication for Security Awareness-**Proactively participate in the continuous security awareness for Latin America region to promote safe behaviors, best practices, and adoption of new controls

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**

**Required**:

- 4 years or more of experience in Security and network
- Knowledge: Network and communications
- English: Advanced
- Skills: communication, strong urgency sense

**Bonus Points**:

- One or more Information Security Certifications desirable: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or EC-Council Network Security Administrator, CISSP, COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, ISC2 CCSP, etc
