- You will work on new product introductions and product sustaining support.
- The key NPI Product Engineering interface between Design centers and factory centers.
- Key responsibilities include but not limit to:
- Part of the development team supporting a diverse range of analog and wireless products in multiple Product Lines.
- Provide direct support to product issues raised by the factory’s product and test engineers.
- Own production readiness and support the ramps through strong data analysis.
- Develop production test specifications for probe and final test insertions.
- Drive cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.
- Perform statistical data and test limit analysis from final test (automated test equipment) and wafer probe.
- Support prototype ATE assembly instruction and ATE testing.
- Create and manage product documentation.
- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong fundamentals in RF & Mixed Signal parameters.
- Strong data analysis skills, electronics manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to debug production and development issues, such as ATE and Bench.
- Preferred skills:
- Experience with technical and detailed documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams, foster teamwork
