We are searching for an SAP Manufacturing Analyst to join our IT team. In this position you will partner with the Ensenada factory team to identify and resolve process gaps. You'll analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions in areas such as manufacturing, MRP, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance. You'll conduct training, document processes, support the business in day-to-day activities, understand business requirements and issues, and work closely with Fender business team members to implement solutions.

We'll rely on you to build positive, productive relationships with colleagues and to promote standardization/simplification wherever possible. You'll stay current with new SAP products and best practices.

**Essential Functions**:

- Learn and document our SAP manufacturing and planning processes. Over the years we have developed a number of custom SAP transactions and programs. Each of the transactions and programs needs to be documented in our IT WIKI.
- Own and drive SAP Manufacturing Design, Configuration, and Implementation for our factory in Ensenada
- Thorough understanding of SAP's Manufacturing tables so you can create queries and reports.
- Good understanding of SAP's manufacturing processes, including: MRP, Shop Floor control, Planning and Scheduling, Kanban, Production Orders and Confirmations, Master Data, etc.
- Partner with business team members in simplifying and automating processes in the Manufacturing area.
- Understand key SAP integration points with SD, MM, and FI
- Lead projects / partner with the business on Manufacturing projects that meet end-user needs and improve Fender financial and manufacturing results.
- Multitask several projects and support items at once, prioritizing projects to ensure the most valuable projects are completed on time.
- Work with key business users to define project objectives and requirements.
- Develop and execute a project plan.
- Deliver results on time and on budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years SAP Manufacturing configuration or development experience.
- Strong organizational skills are required. Must have the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with non-technical business team members in both a design and support role.
- Ability to collaborate with fellow IT team members in solving problems with respect, trust, honesty, and professionalism - building a positive and fun workspace.
