Payroll and Incidence Auxiliary

Grow with us as** a Payroll and Incidence auxiliary (Temporary) **in **Kellogg.** **You will Manage LA Incidences, reporting & CFDI. Receive & process incidences for different payroll processes also from different inputs providing accuracy and according to payroll calendar.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

In your role as a Payroll and Incidence auxiliary you** **will be part of our success by having the following responsibilities:

- Archive incidence templates
- Process & upload incidences
- Download support of compliance incidences
- Fill disability files and consolidate and acumulate disability data
- Generate payroll reports (monthly & annual processes)
- Generate payroll stamp (CFDI)
- Manage FONACOT incidences
- Suppor any massive upload into payroll systems
**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:

- 2 years of experience in **human resources** or Payroll Related.
- Professional degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or finance.
- Previous experience in payroll and social security
- Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
- Customer service skills.
- Manage considerable volume of data.
