**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD).
- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries such as retail, telecom, and logistics.
- Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
- Draft and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
- Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.
- Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:
Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience; preferably as the lead consultant of the engagement.
- Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM, being ITSM the core and strongly desirable good knowledge and hands on of any other two solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM).
- Experience with authentication methods (SSO, SAML), LDAP, and integration middleware.
- Integration experience with other third-party solutions: (Cloud Solutions, Security Solutions, Identity Solutions, etc.)
- Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges, especially in sectors like retail operations, customer service, and field service logistics.

Preferred Skills
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to adapt solutions to industry-specific compliance and operational standards.

Certifications
- CSA and CAD as a minimum and ideally one or two CIS.
- ITIL, TOGAF, Agile certs are a ++
