TE Connectivity's Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

El puesto solicitado deberá ejecutar los ajustes de máquina de acuerdo a los procedimientos y programa de producción, seguir los controles de calidad definidos y documentar los resultados. Asimismo, tendrá que colaborar en conjunto para la ejecución de la producción con los mejores estándares y de acuerdo con los protocolos de manufactura, calidad y seguridad.

**Actividades diarias**:

- Manejo de químicos
- Proceso de enrollado
- Proceso de reenrollado
- Lectura de planos
- Prueba de posición verdadera
- Prueba de camber, twist y bow
- Prueba de solderabilidad
- Prueba de retención
- Impresión de etiquetas y manejo Hydra
- Documentación de proceso y Standard work
