Bilingual Instructional Designer Sr

CSC Generation Enterprise (CSC) is an AI-enabled multi-brand platform that acquires and transforms retailers into profitable, digital-first, consumer-centric businesses. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of advanced training programs, including e-learning courses, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and interactive content for customer service teams.
- Conduct live training sessions and webinars, delivering impactful training to bilingual teams (English/Spanish).
- Utilize instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software to create visually engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content based on data-driven insights.
- Develop customized training solutions for specific teams or functions within the call center to meet performance targets.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training content across the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design to enhance training programs.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, materials, and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development, with a focus on e-learning and live training delivery in a bilingual environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proven experience designing and facilitating complex training programs for large teams, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and performance-based training approaches.

- Experience leading training initiatives in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt training based on performance metrics.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior instructional designers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve training and business objectives.
