**WHAT TO EXPECT**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identifying and implementing efficiencies related to daily metrics, template creation and modifications
- Troubleshooting error notifications with local and system IT representatives
- Support daily posting of all lockbox receipts: checks, wires and ACH payments
- Assists with the monthly financial close process to ensure all cash posted within month
- Performing weekly reconciliations between the bank and Oracle for SOX and Management

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 - 7 of years of progressive experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- General experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable a plus
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate results & issues to manager
- Ability to problem solve with an understanding of appropriate escalation points
- Manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and deliver results
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge and understanding of accounts receivable transaction process flows
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience with Oracle ERP preferred
