Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you’ll handle everything from contracts and vendor relationships to coordinating events and managing project plans.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary contact for Facilities, managing the Computerized Facilities Management System (CFMS) and coordinating department workflows.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and outside contractors, including handling contracts and filing Certifications of Insurance (COI).
- Write reports, develop agendas, analyze data and create documents.
- Coordinate events, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and budgets.

**Minimum Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree **preferred.**
- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**
- 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction or building trades.
- Previous administrative experience including use of Microsoft Office products.
