**Position Summary**

Develop and manage Information Technology projects in the support of the development and/or implementation of Information Technology systems and services. Perform root cause analysis of system performance issues, capacity, reliability, scalability and take corrective actions. Review performance reports/dashboards with Business Users. Analyze system architecture and identify key metrics for establishing performance baseline and SLA. Code level analysis using Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace. Collaborate with development and QA team leads to build robust software releases.
**Responsibilities**
- Developing and executing DevOps best-practices, providing solution architectures, and strategy for DevOps adoption.
- Developing automated solutions in place of manual processes.
- DevOps culture and mindset with exposure to industry standard DevOps tools.
- Monitoring tool and deployment automation development
- Diagnose complex systems issues with multiple influencing factors
- Research and recommend internal tool improvement and development
- Develop scripts that support automation, innovation, and security initiatives
- Create and review documentation and processes related to recurring issues, new procedures, and knowledge transfer
- Scope, plan, and execute utilizing Agile methodology and JIRA/Confluence tools
- Work closely with the development team on upcoming feature
- Develop and execute build automation project plan and continually expand scope of automation.
- Automate environment preparation / data staging, load/stress executions using Java, Jenkins, Powershell & batch scripting
- Define best practices for source control, continuous integration, automation, deployment, and release management.
- Establish, communicate, and abide to standard operating procedures to increase quality and consistency while reducing risks to release management processes
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Develop new features, scaling, automation and self-healing processes for sites and systems
- Reviews test results; documents test activities, and records remedial actions.

**Qualifications**:

- 4 year University/College Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Overall 5 years of IT technical experience working in enterprise level environments.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish own priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with monitoring tools (DynaTrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc.)
- Experience deploying and administering Dynatrace APM tools (Synthetic, Dynatrace, UEM, WebChecks & AppMon)
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Release Automation Engineering experience working with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Puppet
- Strong software development background in Java/J2EE Technologies is a plus** Parker Hannifin
