**Puesto**: Closer - Ventas de Servicios Migratorios
**Salario**: $20,000 - $40,000 MXN mensuales (según experiência)
**Ubicación**: Remote//Presencial - Horario compatible con EE. UU. (zona horaria CST o PST)

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprobada en ventas de servicios migratorios (REQUERIDO)
- Habilidad para comunicarte con empatía, claridad y estrategia
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos de cierre mensual
- Excelente redacción, ortografía y seguimiento al cliente
- Dominio de CRM o plataformas de seguimiento (preferentemente Lead Docket, Filevine o similares)
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de EE. UU.
- Ingles (PREFERIDO)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Atender leads calificados y convertirlos en clientes firmados
- Explicar con claridad los beneficios del servicio legal y resolver dudas
- Dar seguimiento puntual a clientes potenciales
- Trabajar en equipo con intake specialists, case managers y abogados
- Mantener registros claros y actualizados de cada interacción
