**Manager Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM)**

**Role Purpose. **The jobholder is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing business continuity and incident management activities across all departments in HBMX. This requires comprehensive planning with key stakeholders to agree the scope, deliverables, and timelines and service levels during disasters. The position involves close co-ordination and clear communication with Region, Senior Management, Business and Functions across the region and close interaction with all functional support Teams to ensure timely escalation or resolution of any business constraints and managing contingencies. The jobholder will be responsible of incident management activities to guarantee the recovery of business when contingencies or major incidents materialize. This position will be responsible to attend and track all activities related with internal and external audits, functional reviews, Governance activities, Control and Risk requirements related with the function.

**Main activities**:

- Ensure that the BCIM Team provides a single, primary point of contact for all Business Entities for all BCIM related queries.
- Team Work - Lead the Implementation of BCIM Standards, initiatives and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage the relationship with the BC Champions with regular two-way review meetings, including discussion on BCIM initiatives, policies and Implementation hurdles. Timely delivery related inputs.
- Incident Management activities and framework implementation.
- Customer Feedback - Exhibit flexibility to accommodate changes and create 'WOW' factor.
- Coordinate and ensure robust testing completed across Business and Functions as per scheduled.
- Point of contact to ensure all the areas are on track of completing all activities required in BCIM Standards and local regulation requirements.
- Responsible to ensure HBMX & LAM are on track of completing all activities required in MIM Standard.
- Challenge business and functions to encourage them on the deep understanding of their BC plans to improve strategies in order to cover business needs.
- Support to areas as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) as in third party evaluations.
- Implement and track the training and awareness program about BCIM in HBMX and LAM

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of Business Continuity and Incident Management Experience
- Demonstrate strong Business Continuity and Crisis Management domain expertise
- Strong knowledge about local financial regulations
- Fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills)
- Strong control over Microsoft documentations (like ppt, xls, visio, visual basic etc)
- Strong experience of program deployment or time bound project management.
- Strong communication and management skills
- Focus on results in short time
- Effective planning, project and customer relationship management.
- Positive relationships with business partners
- Management of risk

Desirables:

- MBA
- Certified with BCI UK or DRII USA (CBCP)
- Experience in audit or quality assurance is highly desired.
- Prior experience in the implementation of BC Program in financial sector is highly desired.
- Experience in Incident Management and Emergency Response including IM techniques, methods, and procedures.
