We are looking for a talented **Test Engineer Full** with experience in testing equipment and methodologies, programming, electronic instrumentation, and test automation software.

**Job Requirements**:

Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- **English level**: Intermediate.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with testing equipment and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages: C/C++, Python, LabView, Matlab, etc.
- Knowledge of automation software.
- Experience with electronic instrumentation and tools.
- Knowledge of computer and server hardware.

**Objective & Responsibilities**:

- Generate test instructions, techniques, visual aids, and other documentation.
- Create and provide support for testing processes such as FET, ICT, BSI, EMMC, FVS, FBT, and Programming Center.
- Analyze failures on electronic boards and servers (as applicable), identifying and reporting defects.
- Provide support to the manufacturing line.
- Provide feedback on the testing process.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all processes.
- Optimize testing processes.
- Maintain the integrity and reliability of equipment.

**Work Schedule**:
Fixed shifts based on availability and project.

- **Morning Shift**: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
- **Afternoon Shift**: 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
- **Night Shift (Vesta)**: 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., Monday to Saturday.
- **Night Shift (Bosques & Montenegro)**: 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday to Friday.
- **Administrative Shift**: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

**Work Location**:
Bosques Plant, Montenegro Plant, or Vesta Plant (based on project and shift).
