**Qualifications**
- **
Project Management**:
- Ensure the financial and timely delivery of assigned projects, adhering to the approved budget and timeline.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and completion, following company guidelines and relevant laws.
- Manage and update project processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational guidelines.
- ** Team Leadership and Development**:
- Lead, develop, and manage project teams, including internal personnel and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- ** Customer and Internal Collaboration**:
- Enhance and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., procurement, finance, human resources) to achieve project goals and improve processes.
- ** Technical Coordination**:
- Coordinate with Hardware/Software Engineering, Pneumatics, Manufacturing, Electrical Assembly, Robotics, and other technical areas.
- Oversee calculation and control of changes or Engineering Change Requests (ECR & ECO) as necessary.
- ** Process Improvement**:
- Continuously improve project coordination processes and customer experience, leveraging feedback and collaborative efforts.
- Implement and promote best practices for project management and technical execution.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in managing electric engineering projects within the automotive industry or related sectors.
- ** Software Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Experience with Kuka, Fanuc, and ABB systems is highly desirable.
- ** Licenses**: Valid Visa B2, driver’s license, and professional license.
- ** Languages**: Advanced proficiency in English.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- ** Project Management**: Strong ability to manage projects from inception to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Deep understanding of electric engineering, robotics, and mechatronics principles.
- ** Leadership**: Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- ** Customer Focus**: Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Ability to drive process improvements and adapt to evolving project requirements.
