**Position**:
El Asociado de Ventas (Sales Associate) es responsable de ofrecer un servicio al cliente de primera clase, alcanzar metas de ventas individuales, construir relaciones duraderas con los clientes a través del dominio del conocimiento del producto y las ceremonias de ventas, así como entender los procesos operativos de la Boutique.
**Job responsibilities**:
**Desempeño en Ventas**:
- Alcanzar y superar las metas individuales de ventas y los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño, incluidos el Volumen de Ventas Individuales, Unidades por Transacción y el Promedio de pesos por Transacción.
- Mantener siempre un fuerte impulso por los resultados y una actitud positiva, priorizando el trabajo en equipo.
**Desarrollo de Clientes**:
- Asegurar un ambiente acogedor y enfocado en el cliente, lo cual incluye ofrecer un servicio de primera clase, en persona, por teléfono y a través de comunicaciones electrónicas.
- Desarrollar una cartera de clientes locales e internacionales, con la habilidad de reclutar y desarrollar a los mejores clientes.
- Demostrar un sólido conocimiento de los productos, involucrando a los clientes a través de los detalles e historias de nuestros productos.
**Operaciones de la Boutique**:
- Apoyar en los movimientos de piso, merchandising, visual merchandising y tareas de limpieza según sea necesario.
- Ayudar a localizar mercancía en otras Boutiques para los clientes y procesar correctamente las ventas de “charge-send” de acuerdo con las directrices de la empresa.
- Ser responsable de las asignaciones de stock individuales, lo que incluye organizar el inventario en la sala de ventas y en las áreas internas.
- Participar en todos los inventarios y conteos cíclicos, y proteger los activos de la Boutique cumpliendo con los procedimientos operativos.
- Asistir en el embalaje o envoltura de la mercancía de los clientes cuando sea necesario.
**Profile**:
- 3 años de experiência en ventas al por menor y servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno de bienes de consumo de lujo.
- Fuerte motivación por obtener resultados empresariales con una pasión por la creatividad, la moda y la marca.
- Capacidad para desarrollar relaciones sólidas y duraderas con las personas a través de una comunicación efectiva, organización y habilidades de seguimiento.
- Proveer un excelente servicio al cliente, tanto en persona, por teléfono y mediante comunicación electrónica.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horas y días variados, incluidos noches, fines de semana y días festivos, según sea necesario.
- Disposición para cumplir con todas las políticas, procedimientos, regulaciones y estándares de la empresa.
