**Billing and Collections Analyst**
**Location**: Puebla - Hybrid

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary specialist for invoice documentation and collections processing, ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Maintain organized records of billing communications and actions taken to support audit readiness and compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with the Collections Team to provide documentation for payments, including printing, resubmitting, and uploading required materials.
- Extract and compile data from FA&P portals and accounting systems; integrate with BI tools for analysis and reporting.
- Deliver customer-specific reports, including financial summaries and Statements of Account (SOA), aligned with both internal and customer systems.
- Identify and escalate missing or inaccurate documentation and support resolution tracking.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper invoicing procedures and resolve exceptions across functions.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English Proficiency is required.
- 3-4 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable roles, ideally in high-volume B2B environments.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and experience with data visualization tools.

**Core Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Sun) and BI tools for reporting and analysis.
- Expertise in invoice lifecycle management, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
- Familiarity with customer-specific billing requirements and compliance documentation.
- Experience with automation or continuous process improvement is a plus.
