This is a non-technical project management role focused on coordination and execution, where you'll be the crucial link between our internal teams and external partners.

**What You'll Do: Drive Projects and Ensure Seamless Delivery**

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop detailed project plans and manage execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for external clients, effectively managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Technology—to achieve project objectives.
- **Risk Management**: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, providing advanced notice to leadership and partners to keep projects on track.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Create and maintain clear project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes, and provide regular, structured updates to all stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform end-to-end testing on new site builds to ensure deliverables meet all quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Actively gather feedback and identify opportunities to refine our project management methodologies.

**What You'll Bring: Your Skills and Experience**

We're looking for a motivated and adaptable professional with a proven track record in project management.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
