**Job Description** Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop scalable and robust PowerApps solutions to address various business needs and challenges.
- Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365, to create seamless workflows and data connections.
- Implement best practices for PowerApps development, including data modeling, user interface design, and security implementation.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PowerApps solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your expertise and insights to foster their professional growth.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in PowerApps development, and evaluate new tools and features to enhance our development processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on PowerApps development.
- Must have been working on PowerApps for at least the last 2 years.
- Proficiency in designing and developing custom PowerApps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (Flow) and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Functions.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer Associate) are a plus.
