Bilingual Customer Service/tech Support Agent

We are looking for bilingual representatives for one the most important internet providers in USA, you will be chatting with the customers providing information about their bills, doing customer service, and promotions of all active upgrades.
If you have experience as an agent on another call center but you did not enjoy taking calls, this is your opportunity, all the service is through a chat platform.
- This is a position only for people willing to work on site, we are located in AZCAPOTZALCO, CDMX.
**We Offer**:
Base salary 14K per month.
*Payment is per worked hour. Rate per hour: $83mxn*
100% paid training since the first day.
Law benefits since first day.
Training schedule from 3 P.M. to 10:30 P.M.
Medical, life, dental and visual private insurances after 90 days with us.
40 hours per week

- High school diploma or GED is a MUST.
- Advanced English level.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Call Center (Tech Support or Customer service).
- Customer Service oriented.
