As a Project Manager at Pacific Lead Group, you will play a key role in ensuring that new hires are smoothly onboarded, equipped with the necessary resources, and fully integrated into our team. You will be responsible for managing employee contracts, coordinating training programs, and setting up internal tools and systems for optimal efficiency. Your ability to stay on top of tasks, request updates, and ensure processes are followed will be critical to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including sending contracts and guiding them through the training programs.
- Set up and maintain internal infrastructure for new employees (software accounts, tools, etc.).
- Regularly communicate with new employees to provide support and monitor their progress.
- Ensure all HR-related documents and contracts are completed and stored accurately.
- Track employee milestones and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Follow up on tasks, request updates from employees, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline the onboarding and training process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, HR Coordinator, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR processes, onboarding, and internal systems setup.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
- Experience with project management tools and HR software is a plus.
