Drupal Architect at BairesDev

We are looking for Drupal Architects to join our Development team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive individuals who are team players, passionate about programming in this language, and focused on providing the best experience to the end user. What You Will Do:

- Start to finish, be responsible for architecting and documenting a technical solution based on project requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor the development team on the project.
- Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
- Contribute excellence in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between the client's current and desired end states.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 8+ years of experience working as a developer.
- 6+ years of experience in Drupal.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with managing data loads and data quality is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
