The Hubspot CRM & SMP Platform Operations Manager manages, optimizes, and scales our CRM and SMP platforms to drive operational excellence. This cross-functional role combines technical administration, process improvement, and commercial management through close collaboration with GTM, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams. You should have a passion for technology-driven efficiency, a strategic mindset for scaling systems, and a deep commitment to empowering users through seamless tools and processes.

**Responsabilities**
- Platform Administration & Commercials - Manage the day-to-day administration and commercial aspects of SMP platforms and CRM systems, ensuring reliability, cost-efficiency, and alignment with business strategy.
- Systems Integration - Lead integrations to unify lead generation and communication tools within the GTM tech stack, including Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, and all marketing platforms.
- Reseller Lead Protection - Manage reseller lead protection procedures to safeguard partner opportunities.
- CRM Business Analysis - Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to analyze and document business processes and requirements, ensuring systems are aligned with evolving needs.
- User & Access Management - Oversee user support, profiles, roles, and permission sets to maintain secure and seamless operations.
- Adoption & Training - Drive CRM adoption through tailored training, onboarding programs, and detailed process documentation.
- First-Level Support - Serve as the first point of contact for internal users, troubleshooting, and resolving platform issues.
- Automation Design & Deployment - Design and implement scalable CRM automations to boost productivity across sales, marketing, and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Hubspot and GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proven ability to integrate, automate, and streamline workflows.
- Skilled communicator who bridges technical and business needs.
