**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using Adobe Creative Cloud apps to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities

Responsibilities
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, PowerPoint presentations, collateral, conference signage, videos, motion graphics, internal communications, newsletters, and digital marketing assets
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a project management system
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Incorporates marketing strategy and conducts research to understand current market and competitor products before executing design. Develops design strategy and advises marketing of new ideas.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Five or more years of experience (academic and professional) with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
- Ability to create branding elements from concept to execution like logos, color palettes, typography treatments and brand guidelines
- Adept design and animation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
- Preferred skills and qualifications:_
- Working experience with a B2B creative agency or in-house marketing department catering to technology companies within the IT channel
- Experience with in-person conference concepting, environmental assets and event signage
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Familiarity with Eloqua, Umbraco, Vidyard and Playable
- Knowledge of content management systems
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software

**Work Arrangement**:

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
