User Experience Designer at BairesDev

We are looking for outstanding UX Designers to join our chapter. You will be a part of a multidisciplinary team tasked with creating the experience of internal and external products.

What You Will Do:

- Design flows, prototypes, and experiences that solve problems for multiple audiences.
- Present and effectively communicate how the flows, wireframes, and prototypes work and will help achieve company objectives.
- Usability tests with internal teams and end users, gathering information and creating a plan to develop the product.
- Contribute to the company’s design system development.
- Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.
- Be part of all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, wireframes, flows, testing, implementation, and analysis.

Here is what we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in UX design.
- Previous work experience with agile teams.
- Expert knowledge in HCI usability and accessibility.
- Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Family, and prototype tools.
- Knowledge of Apple, Android, and responsive design guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced English level.
