**LATAM CME Business Process Design**

**Main Purpose**

Responsible for the process agenda in GBS CME tower, supporting the adoption of the GBS operating model across LATAM CME organization.

Works with Process Owners, Tower Leads, Service Account Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads to create and support creating new business processes and improve existing ones.

This role, also has the accountability to manage the conections and information flows with other Business Functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.)

Support and lead CME Business Design Analyst to deliver process and transition agenda.

**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**
- Process Management

o Overall responsible of the LatAm GBS marketing or insights business architecture.

o Identifies needs for standards, methodologies & frameworks related to LatAm marketing or insights process management and organizational design and overall responsible for its design.

o Ensures the correct functionality of the LatAm marketing or insights process governance (process council, process sponsors, process owners)

o Representing marketing or insghts p rocess in Process Council meeting to achieve its proper functionality, ensuring marketing or insghts process initiatives are fully aligned with the other Functions or Projects (end-to-end, process, organization, and technology).

o Activate, enable and support LatAm marketing or insghts Process Owner.

o Monitor and measure marketing or insghts process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company’s scorecard.

o Responsible to define and coordinate the effort to improve marketing or insghts process maturity

o Design and maintain a marketing or insghts Process Knowledge Base that will provide help to employees on their day-to-day operations

o Design and facilitate workshops related to marketing or insghts process management and organizational design.
- People management

o Connect with other Business Architects to ensure the correct alignment with marketing or insghts Taxonomy Process.

o Connect with PM, Change Management, Data Architecture, and IT Architecture to ensure the correct execution of the project plan.

**Qualifications**
**Education/requirements**
- Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Administration Technology Management or Business Management
- English and Spanish fluent professional.
- At least 3-5 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions and project management
- Black Belt Certified (desired)
- Proven records in leading multifunctional team
- Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs
- Deep business acumen
- Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word & Project
- Outstanding program/project management skills

- Capable to lead multifunctional teams to common objectives.
- Negotiation capabilities
- Written, verbal communication skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Conceptual selling

Competences:
