**O2C Regional CoE Manager**:

The O2C CoE consists of credit related roles as well as roles providing regional-specific expertise for O2C operational activities; primarily role of the CoE is to provide end-to-end credit process and O2C transactional activities required in respective regions to ensure business continuity and compliance with local regulations. Manage the O2C CoE team which includes direct supervision of the team, interaction with GPO, Global Credit Risk Management, business stakeholders, global operational Hub leaders, other O2C CoEs and ensuring CoE is globally operating towards agreed objectives. Ensure that defined service level agreements for O2C and CoE are successfully met.

**Your responsibilities**:

- People management of the team which consists of highly qualified experts which include daily support, coaching and mentoring and performance management.
- Serving as Control Owner (BPO role) for internal control for respective O2C process areas. Ensure a healthy and robust internal control and risk mindset and ensure that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented.
- Continuously assess opportunities for improvement / efficiency; drive standardization & automation in possible areas using continuous improvement methodologies in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Support in maintaining business continuity plan (BCP) for Global O2C operations.
- Involvement in managing and prioritization of O2C related projects.
- Manage an efficient CoE team, including development, integration, testing and deployment of further automation and process improvements.
- Manage the daily CoE tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, delivering target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics.
- Supervision of the team on day-to-day responsibilities, motivate team to achieve quality, efficiency to meet or exceed all goals. Build a culture of continuous improvement & performance of processes in a standardized & efficient manner.

**Your background**:

- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related.
- Minimum of 8 years of operational experience and 3 years of managerial experience (similar of higher team size).
- Working knowledge of SOX Controls.
- Knowledge of E2E O2C processes, especially Credit.
- Knowledge of major technological platforms in ABB and tools like Celonis, etc.
- Ability to identify risks and guide team to implement the mitigation solution.
