Como Head Of Product reporta al Director Of Product, teniendo el desafío de crear productos desde cero y conformar su equipo con ADN Fintech.
En su rol será responsable de:
- Diseñar el plan de crecimiento, posicionamiento y sustentabilidad de los productos, manteniendo competitiva y bien posicionada la propuesta de valor para cada uno de los segmentos de clientes.
- Desarrollar, optimizar la estrategia de producto y ciclo de vida de los mismos.
- Observar y analizar el ecosistema del negocio.
- Administrar el roadmap futuro de acuerdo con la estrategia vigente.
- Administra la oferta comercial, pricing y P&L de los productos.
- Entregar especificaciones de producto claras, colaborando estrechamente con ingeniería para asegurar una excelente ejecución del desarrollo.
- Dirigir la planificación de la salida al mercado de nuevos productos.
Para la misma se requiere:
- +4 años de experiência en gestión de productos en roles de Head o Lead con un historial de éxito en FinTech y profundo conocimiento del ecosistema financiero digital.
- Capacidad demostrada para construir y lanzar nuevos productos innovadores desde cero y optimizar los productos existentes para ofrecer resultados de negocio significativos.
- Experiência dirigiendo, gestionando y desarrollando profesionales de gestión de productos.
La posición es 100% remota, bajo relación de dependencia con salario 100% en USD
