**Job Summary**

The Sales Operations I provides day-to-day account interaction and order processing services for the customer. The role manages the account operations for specific accounts, including the appropriate execution of product and service contract provisions. The Sales Operations I acts as a focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Performs maintenance of assigned accounts, processes Purchase Orders, order entry, order tracking, image set up and coordination of returns. Ensures all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Reviews customer requests and determines product availability. Suggests solutions to customer requests and communicates discontinued products and available substitutions.
- Works with other departments and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of products and services to the customer.
- Portal and SKU maintenance to ensure the customer’s catalogues are in top shape as to allow the proper flow of orders.
- Works with internal teams to oversee continuous movement of order processing up to fulfillment status.
- Communicates pertinent activities to the Product Sales Executive or Virtual Sales Account Manager for orders and open issues.
- Assists with providing Standard Reporting upon request utilizing Client Portal and Micro strategy.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and solid level of comfort with multi-tasking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience delivering quantitative metrics in a business context.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation and business intelligence skills.
- Able to operate under pressure managing multiple accounts and demanding situations.

**Language Skills: Advanced English**

**We offer**
- Base salary between 16K -17,500 mxn pesos per month
- Christmas bonus averaging 30 days’ pay for every year.
- Grocery vouchers equivalent to 10% of your monthly salary and $2,388 mxn pesos in restaurant vouchers (both additional to your base salary)

- Saving fund: 10% of your base salary,
