**The** **Opportunity**

Be a key partner to accelerate our brands strategy agenda in LATAM. We are seeking a passionate and proactive professional to take on the role of Brand and Consumer Manager for the CSDs brands.

The new Brand Insights Manager - Beverages will be expected to detect and translate strong insights to develop Iconic Brands that move culture and drives growth, with direct impact on how we strategically plan and execute Brands, with human centricity integration, while accelerate Become Better Investors agenda and value capture.

**Your Impact**

As Brand Insights Manager - Beverages your scope would consist of:
**Powering Positive Growth Ambassador for beverages**:

- Be the drinks brand gatekeeper for achieving Consistency, Breakthrough & Distinctiveness by setting a strong foundation, ensuring human centric briefs, defining success criteria, leveraging global and regional tools as well as tracking communication effectiveness and impact in equity.
- Identify growth drivers for all beverages brands across LATAM by combining different sources of information (equity tracking, sales, market share, per capta) and meta-analysis. Activate learning plans and deliver actionable insights through powerful E2E narratives, that will guide all brands development across the region, and influence bottlers.
- Leverage new Brand Equity Tracker toll, deploy new equity tracking, ensuring soft transitioning from current tool; run meta-analysis to understand common and specific themes across markets, that will lead to brand development.
- Understand brand equity drivers in key markets, guiding the most efficient path to build equity and drive growth.
- Support and promote use of the new Demand spaces segmentation work, from planning, execution and opportunities identification, in partnership with the global teams.
- Leverage and implement Science of Growth principles, ensuring better ROI and higher effectiveness of our marketing plans.

**Voice of the people for LATAM**:

- Deep understanding of different generations and the relationship with our brands to drive emotion and distinctiveness
- Partner with Sector Capabilities for Trends and Foresights understanding and embed those insights in LATAM Planning Process
- Identify innovation platform opportunities based on trends, evolving human needs and potential by market, assuring consistency with brand positioning and development priorities.
- Develop a Human Centric Agenda for the whole region, highlighting brands & categories opportunities.
- Lead External Inspiration Program and Experts Influencers for ExCom, Marketing, Franchise and bottlers community.

**Build a strong Brand & Consumer Insights Area**:

- Clearly generate value and contribute to the growth of our brands in LATAM.
- Implement yearly situational analysis for beverages for brands, to inform 3Y Plans, with key strategic opportunities anchored into a regional framework.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Strategy teams in identifying future opportunities for LATAM beverages brands.
- Leverage on GBS and local knowledge to build relevant understanding through the region
- Leverage global and regional insights tools, adapting to local needs and possibilities.
- Build & manage strong relationships with best-in-class Insights Agencies, in a Regional or Local scope, to drive superior partnerships, enable productivity, and continuously stretch the Insights agenda for PepsiCo.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in marketing or insights roles involving human understanding, data analysis, and business strategy.
- Proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and tell simple stories.
- Proven ability to tell a story using art & science, as well as future forces of change, and deliver clear outlook scenarios along with implications for the brands, fostering business growth.
- Proven influencing and perseverance skills to tailor recomme
