**Missions**:
Main responsibilities:
The recruiter will be in charge of:

- Analyze the job positions pending to be hires
- Set
- up the interviews needed following the process defined
- Inform the kpi´s of talent attraction and retention
- Cooperate with new ideas and strategies to improve the channels for attract the talent

**Profil**:
Job requirements:

- Experience as Recruiter at least 3 years (in manufacturing electronic/automotive companies desirable)
- Bachelor´s degree in Administration of HR, Psychologist or related
- Experience making interviews by competences
- English advanced
- Work by targets of job positions hired
