**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy **Collections Specialist** to join our finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong customer service, negotiation, and analytical skills who are ready to take ownership of the accounts receivable process. Youll play a key role in maintaining financial health by managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely collections.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue balances
- Contact customers to collect payments or negotiate installment plans
- Use tools such as credit bureau data and internet searches to locate customers
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments
- Resolve billing-related issues and customer complaints
- Develop and present payment solutions to management
- Submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and collection progress
- Assist with billing and cash receipt tasks, including posting payments and resolving discrepancies
