KLB Group busca un Material Planner para su equipo de Puebla, México y

Estados Unidos.

Funciones:
Planificar y coordinar la disponibilidad de materiales necesarios para la producción según pronósticos y órdenes de fabricación.

Monitorear inventarios y níveles de stock para garantizar un flujo continuo de materiales.

Gestionar pedidos a proveedores y seguimiento de entregas para evitar etrasos en producción.

Colaborar con producción, logística y compras para optimizar tiempos y costos de abastecimiento.

Analizar datos de consumo, demanda y tendencias para ajustar planes de materiales.

Actualizar y mantener información en el sistema ERP (SAP u otro) para

asegurar precisión en inventarios y reportes.

Participar en reuniones de planificación y revisión de producción, proponiendo soluciones ante posibles desabastos.

Generar reportes e indicadores de desempeño relacionados con inventario, entrega de materiales y eficiencia de la planificación.

LIC. EN INGENIERÍA INDUSTRIAL, ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS,

LOGÍSTICA, COMERCIO O AFINES.

EXPERIENCIA DE 3 AÑOS EN ADELANTE EN PLANIFICACIÓN DE MATERIALES,

CONTROL DE INVENTARIOS O CADENA DE SUMINISTRO, PREFERENTEMENTE

EN LA INDUSTRIA AUTOMOTRIZ

CONOCIMIENTO EN SISTEMAS ERP (SAP, ORACLE, JD EDWARDS U OTROS).

DOMINIO DE HERRAMIENTAS DE ANÁLISIS DE DATOS Y EXCEL AVANZADO.

EXPERIENCIA EN PRONÓSTICOS DE DEMANDA Y GESTIÓN DE INVENTARIOS.

CONOCIMIENTO DE PROCESOS DE COMPRAS, ABASTECIMIENTO Y

PRODUCCIÓN.

HABILIDADES DE COMUNICACIÓN Y TRABAJO EN EQUIPO.

CAPACIDAD PARA TRABAJAR BAJO PRESIÓN Y CUMPLIR CON TIEMPOS DE

ENTREGA ESTRICTOS.

DISPONIBILDAD DE MOVILIDAD CONSTANTE.
