Responsabilities:

- Conduct preliminary evaluation of new process routes for lighting and fixtures, develop new processes, and assess the feasibility of implementing new process schemes.
- Develop validation plans for new processes, track validation progress throughout the process, complete pilot production reports, and perform 8D analysis on key issues.
- Implement new process schemes, continuously monitor production status, and follow up on problem areas.
- Design improvement plans, develop improvement and implementation plans, and monitor their execution. -Responsible for the development and improvement of process documentation.
- Responsible for analyzing and implementing measures for various quality issues that arise during production processes.
- Organize analysis and develop measures for customer complaints and related work.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments. -Responsible for SMT and related process validations.
- Responsible for SMT and related product NPI validations.
- Design SMT production process and assess equipment requirements, program, and reflow profile settings for new products.
- Ability to independently design stencils and SMT fixtures.
- Identify and collec trial production data for new product issues, track and complete analysis report

Requirement:

- College education or above, majoring in Mechanical/Electronic/Process Engineering or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in process improvement design in the electronics, with a good understanding of SMT production processes and standards.
- Familiarity with LED product manufacturing processes is preferred. -Over 5 years of experience in the SMT electronics industry, with expertise in SMT processes for Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) and irregular components. Experience as a project leader.
- Proficient in the five major techniques of process analysis and familiar with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
- Fluent in English
