Finance Analyst

**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret financial statements, including Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and General Ledger (GL) reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and financial visualizations using tools such as Power BI.
- Create financial models and support scenario analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and automate reporting processes using coding languages such as Visual Basic and SQL.
- Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve business performance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand financial impacts of business operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and analysis.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or a similar role (recent graduates are welcome).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, GL).
- Hands-on experience with dashboard tools, particularly Power BI.
- Solid knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SQL, and data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Language**:

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
