**What will you be doing?**

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Manage and maintain a successful partnership with our managed service provider
- Manage and lead the effort for effective security remediation within the landscape
- Provide key inputs to our Azure Cloud Migration strategy from a cost benefit analysis perspective
- Manage an existing baseline budget to ensure we stay on target for our yearly deliverables
- Own the full hiring, onboarding, performance management and career and talent development for all PepsiCo direct reports
- Manages communications and resolution of issues impacting existing landscape
- Brings technology innovation through proof of concepts and prototyping to identify new ways of working

Years of Experience
- 10+ years in solution delivery, operation support and/or vendor management
- 5+ years with Business Relationship Management
- 2+ years people management
- 2+ years managing IT finances

TechSkills Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required

Extensive experience working with managed service providers and distributed teams

Demonstrated ability to learn new tools/methodologies/technologies

Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Teams and

Excel). Must be highly proficient with PowerPoint

Stays up to date with technology and industry trends by proactively participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading or other relevant means

NonTechSkills

Excellent communication and strong inter-personal skills

Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

**Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage budgets**
