**YOUR ROLE**

In your daily job, you will:

- Manage the contract lifecycle through close collaboration with the Category/Procurement team, stakeholders, and the supplier.
- Responsible for weekly tracking of upcoming renewals, monitoring ongoing contract negotiations, and submitting monthly renewal/new agreement reports.
- Responsible for monitoring the monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal schedule and proactively working with Category/Procurement and accepted parties for renewal.
- Responsible for ensuring 100% availability of all contracts, necessary information, and key contractual obligations within the Contract Management Systems.
- Responsible for daily tracking and weekly reporting of all upcoming contract renewals and for triggering procurement decisions/activities through relevant teams within SCM or the Business Unit.
- Responsible for partnering with Category/Tendering to support the Tender Requirement process, contract redlining, and administration. Responsible for developing a plan to improve the contract's risk score, in collaboration with procurement and stakeholders.
- Responsible for providing all necessary support and information related to the contract, including the analysis required by the procurement team for the negotiation process.
- Responsible for leading and managing all contractual and legal matters with the supplier, in conjunction with Legal, Data Privacy, IT Security, Procurement, and Stakeholder Relations.
- Any other work-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

**YOUR BACKGROUND**

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

- Completed professional degree in Law
- Advanced level of English
- 1-2 years of experience in the legal-commercial field
- Experience in direct and indirect purchasing (preferred)
- Negotiation skills and ability to navigate discussions to a conclusion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage direct and corporate schedules
- Knowledge of different commercial contracts: service agreements, licensing agreements, transaction agreements, confidentiality agreements, and data privacy agreements, among others.
