**Job Summary**

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and driving successful outcomes for Google Cloud Learning Services for Content Development teams. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of various projects and initiatives. **Responsibilities**

Manage project plans and timelines.

Ensure data accuracy across various tools and platforms.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Coordinate monthly course selection and when needed maintenance processes.

Compile and distribute monthly course launch reports.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Maintain reference tables and documentation.

Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings.

Document action items and track progress.

Manage a variety of course development projects.

Identify stakeholders and team members.

Define project scope and deliverables.

Track progress and provide regular updates.

Maintain and update various documentation platforms.

Ensure consistent processes and standards.

Improve content management and version control.

Manage OKR planning and execution across teams.

Facilitate communication and collaboration.

Track progress and ensure timely completion.

Monitor and report on team performance metrics.

Ensure data accuracy and quality.

Refine and improve onboarding processes.

Develop and implement offboarding procedures.

Analyze course performance data to determine maintenance needs.

Present recommendations to management.

Proven experience in program or project management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and data analysis capabilities.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana) and data analysis tools.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
