**_Objective_**
- Act as financial Service provider by supporting plant management decisions with accurate, transparent and up to date Information and ensuring in Cooperation with the plant management competitive plant KPIS and plant cost structure.
- Actively facilitate good relationships with Information receivers and information sources. Drive implementation of DRX Standards in the region when available, actively pursue information exchange between the US, Mexico and Germany DRX locations.

Principal Activities_**
- Ensure budgeted plant factor in Cooperation with the plant management
- Ensure optimization of plant cost structure leading minimum one improvement workshop per year.
- Ensure month end closing activities according to closing timeline.
- Prepare and submit interior factor calculation (Man and Machine -BER Factor) for the Americas along with
- Factor budget vs actual reporting and additional reports to the Management team (e.g. Plant Report, Flash

reporting) in a Monthly basis.
- Ensure countermeasures for PFA's including lessons learned
- Tracking of wage structure of personnel expenses development within the category System.
- Responsible for five year planning and ensuring competitive future plant factor In Cooperation with plant

management.
- Responsible for the plant budgeting/ forecasting, provide deviation explanations and support to cost center

managers and plant manager, always looking to minimize the risk and reduce unexpected results.
- Analyze and calculate headcount requirements in the plant based on production requirements (ramp up, minutes, etc.)

and understand the financial impact of it.
- Support the annual inventory take as internal auditor (as required).
- Evaluate and validate all plant elements in a BOM in a monthly basis for quality control purposes (routings)

with the main material Controller that is the lead function
- Lead budget and forecast and upload into the internal Systems (SAP, Cockpit and TM1)
