TopFoxx is a rapidly-growing, women-owned start-up founded in New York City, that develops unique, innovative women’s eyewear and accessories. **We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager whose years of experience in managing, developing and growing influencer partnerships in the ecommerce and fashion industry will increase our revenue, awareness and engagement for our brand. **This individual will use high-level marketing research and knowledge to develop strategies that will attract influencers to our brand, create high-quality content and execute campaigns to spread awareness, gain and retain loyal customers globally. Fueled by the desire to grow and develop skills, this individual will have the potential to become the Social Director of TopFoxx attained through strong accountability, high standards, and merits.

You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Brand representative, you will play a critical role in defining how we create an engaging social presence through our influencer partnerships and content; Strong marketing skills, social media awareness, and creative storytelling skills are essential.
- Full-Cycle Influencer Management; Sourcing talent, negotiating partnership details and requirements, maintaining and building relationships, curating campaign development and managing analytics to ensure success & high ROI for each partner in our program.
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion in our partnership program through research of micro, mid and macro influencers across platforms, managing outreach, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Remain up-to-date on industry best practices to ensure our internal team and influencer/affiliate partners are operating on the most current trends and revenue-producing strategies to ensure success in social media presence and growth.
- Ensuring messaging and brand voice are aligned in all content, through a strong ability to set the tone and communicate necessary talking points to our partners.
- Create, develop, oversee and analyze campaign development for Influencers & Affiliates to help promote our brand, create content, and grow followers to increase traffic to TopFoxx and improve Influencer Marketing Department revenue..
- Assist in the conceptualization & development in ad creatives. Project manage - Ideation to execution - Strategize, coordinate, delegate and oversee (quality control) the implementation and output of ad creatives from the multimedia team. Setting clear expectations and making sure the highest output is hit.
- Anticipate affiliate and influencer needs based on trend-forecasting, deep understanding of our target demographics and strong knowledge of the global ecommerce marketing industry.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on Influencer Marketing department performance including revenue, profit, and KPIs for individualized partner success, and analysis on which strategies are most effective vs. need to be implemented in the future.
- Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will increase awareness, engagement and customer retention for the brand.
- Lead & attend meetings with creative, social media and digital marketing team members to review upcoming launches, sales and marketing strategies, and align strategic and cohesive messaging across the company.
- Continuously track all revenue and KPIs from the entire Influencer Marketing department, and review all analytics from outreach methods to ensure success, increase ROI, and identify and solve areas of improvement.
- Remain dedicated to professional growth through research, training, learning from key professionals and experts in your industry and field, and professional development opportunities.
