Job summary
The MX Prime country lead is the single threaded leader responsible for the program in Mexico. The Prime country lead is responsible to increase the Prime member base, and to maintain high engagement levels across multiple benefits of the program. The strategic and focused actions will help fuel Amazon’s flywheel, as Prime members are the most engaged and valuable customer segments. The Prime lead is also accountable for enhancing the program features for customers, monitoring key program metrics, experimenting and benchmarking with other marketplaces to launch scalable marketing solutions.
This role works with several different teams such as Marketing, Delivery Experience, Payments, Central Product teams, Customer Service, PR, Prime Video, Kindle, Amazon Music, Twitch Prime and other Emerging Marketplaces to develop new features, communicate benefits, and monitor inputs. The Prime Country Lead drives the long-term strategy and vision to build a program with disproportional value. He/She works with independence, understanding the business opportunity and defining the product strategy. Based on metrics, learnings from central teams and benchmarks, she/he prioritizes product roadmap and influences WW stakeholders with data to guarantee Mexico is included in the development of main features for local customers. Together with Finance and BI, she/he benchmarks, designs and implements mechanisms to track performance and ensure long
