Team overview and job responsibilities Job responsibilities - Review of customer orders to carry out weekly production planning - Attend Gemba, bring information on short and/or urgent matters. - Detect potential impact and ensure its prevention, carry out escalation process and notify CSR - Execute production plan according to demand/Inventories/Line Capacity to secure shipments to customers - Detailed review of shorts vs production plan so as not to cause impact online - HFA Order Maintenance - Participation in the monthly inventory of operations - Create production orders according to customer, production and efficiency requirements. - Establish priorities and delivery deadlines. - Manage and prioritize the production order" Who are we looking for? - Excel (Formulas) Management - Knowledge of HFA system - MRP system knowledge - Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy - Environmental aspects - Risk Assessment - Legal requirements - Hazards, risks and opportunities. - IATF 16949:2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 (Basic) system - ISO-14001 Awareness - Spill response, storage, handling and disposal of chemical substances - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts - Methodical and observant character. - Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
