-Job description

The purpose of the position within the Trustee Operations Team is to capture information in the trust system such as static data of the parties, business data, purposes, investment policies, assets, through a comprehensive review of the trust file and client instructions, identifying the legal acts related to them, for example: assignments of rights, transfers/reversions of property, modifying agreements, terminations, etc. which update the Trustee system.

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure data consistency by capturing and/or updating information in the trust system, such as: static data of the parties, business data, purposes, investment policies and assets.
- Ensure the updating of information on instructions or legal acts that come from clients.
- Comprehensive review of the physical and digital file, identifying those acts that modify the parties, the assets or the status of the trust.

Leadership and Teamwork
- Working directly with the customer service team to ensure that instructions or legal acts are updated in time in the systems.
- Communication skills for customer service (verbal and written)
- A precise and methodical way of working (time management and organization).
- Clearly and effectively communicating to others the information resulting from the analysis of a file.
Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Law degree
- Understanding of the Trust business regarding the execution of letters of instruction and legal acts such as modifying agreements, assignments of rights, transfers of property, terminations, settlements, etc.
