We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an EPS Delivery Lead.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of track record in Big IT Global Services Companies with experience in strategy, delivery, process consulting, stakeholder management, project / program delivery.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development, customer relationship thru transforming/modernizing the Salesforce/ SAP Platforms
- Effective Communication and Partner Management - emotional intelligence, empathy and strong social, communications, and engaging presentation skills.
- Proven leadership of teams and business priorities through building relationships, listening, consulting and influencing outcomes
- Consultative, entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive; someone who instinctively knows what needs to be done and motivates colleagues towards accomplishments. P&L Management
- Knowledge and experience to lead and deliver complex programs on quality, on time and on budget. Agile mindset, willing & open to create/try new processes and methodologies, adaptable with change; likes fast-paced environment and navigates easily with highly matrixed organization
- Effective Communications Skills. Drivers: Open, Transparent, Driven, Empowered, Opportunity-Filled, Flexible & Collaborative
