Jr/sr. Corporate Lawyer

A leading Japanese automobile manufacturing company is looking for **corporate lawyer**.

ACTIVITIES
- Provide support to the Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain company operations in compliance with all relevant legal regulations.
- Manage all types of legal matters such as: commercial documents with suppliers, contracts, labor issues and support for the establishment of the company's legal strategies for compliance with authority.
- Support of high-impact processes in the legal area such as Human Resources, improvement proposals and any other aspect of the legal area.
- Act as a contact person and liaison between the company and external law firms.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Completed law degree (intern or graduate)
- Advanced conversational and written English (essential requirement)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in managing legal matters within a company
- Knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor and administrative law
- Notion in civil, criminal law, personal data and intellectual protection
