**About the role**

As a Sourcing Engineer you will build relationships with the Engineering, Purchasing and Quality teams, have team sessions for new project openings with the engineering team, and you will be expected to have expertise in commodity parts, part numbers, materials, supplier notification and contact, quotations, supplier and quality verification, PPAP, quality testing, and supplier proposals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Sourcing Engineer** you’ll be responsible for:

- Participating in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies.
- Executing purchasing and / or other commodity management activities.
- Managing contracts in accordance with sourcing goals and acceptable service levels.
- Researching suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.
- Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable price.
- Researching and consolidates buyer/market profiles to ensure database is administered and kept up to date.
- NPI Sourcing Activities

**Requirements**:
We are looking for people who are problem solvers and team players. If this is you, get in touch.

**As a minimum you must have**:

- BA in Administration, International Relations, International Business, Engineering, or related.
- 2+ years of experience total in sourcing
- Excel skills
- Advanced English

**Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have**:

- Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
- SAP
- PowerBI
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
