**Contract IT Recruiter**

Argano is seeking a Contract Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition/People Team in Mexico.

We are a rapidly growing Digital Transformation Professional Services Company.

You will be responsible for the recruitment of quality talent for our CSC in Mexico focusing on hiring for multiple business towers including Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, and Digital technologies.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Recruit and hire Rockstars for Argano across LATAM for open technology roles including consultants, developers, and quality assurance.
- HEAVY focus on technical roles but could also support nonbillable roles internally.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative sources to address hiring needs both immediate and long term.
- Develop repeatable processes and strategy to streamline recruitment cycle.
- Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
- Maintain required documentation/compliance

**What you’ll need**:

- 5 plus years of IT recruiting experience with a strong focus in technology. Experience in Oracle, Microsoft, SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong interest in the hi-tech world and embedded in industry trends
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and ability to manage competing demands.
- Proven ability to influence and drive consensus among multiple parties.
- Exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Team Player who is organized and detail orientated.
- Proven experience working in a full life cycle recruitment role.
