- **Monitor invoicing methods to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer contracts.**
- **Review and resolve customer disputes related to taxes, pricing, and other billing discrepancies.**
- **Manage credit and re-billing processes for disputed invoices.**
- **Resolve credit card transaction failures and address system issues.**
- **Communicate with customers regarding account issues and processed payments.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure accurate records.**
- **Participate in account reconciliations and projects to reduce unapplied payments.**
- **Adhere strictly to internal policies and processes.**
- **Maintain detailed records within SAP and aging reports regarding collection efforts.**
- **Initiate timely follow-up with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.**
- **Facilitate professional communication and relationship-building for effective collections.**

**It would be WOW if you would bring this in**:

- **Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.**
- **3+ years of Billing or AR experience required**
- **5+ years of Cash Applications experience required**
- **2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required**
- **B2B collections experience, manufacturing preferred**
- **Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tables, pivot tables, and advanced functions.**
- **Working knowledge of SAP; familiarity with manufacturing industry processes preferred.**
- **Ability to identify process improvements and develop best practices.**
- **Disciplined work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects.**
- **Self-starter with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.**
- **Fluent in spoken and written English.**
