**PMF EHS Business Continuity**

**Location: CMDX/MTY**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Develops Environmental Sustainability, Health and Safety strategic plan according business’s priorities, integrating standard EHS considerations and processes into corporate decision making and operations.

Supports the implementation of an integrated management system for PepsiCo’s environment, health, and safety compliance programs.

Monitors performance and compliance with PepsiCo’s standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure continuous improvement by attending and follow up of government inspections received in our sites.

Analyze and give visibility to the government inspection received in our sites, communicate this information to Operations Vicepresidence and leaders in the operations.

Manage the correct execution of the EHS budget (OpEx and CapEx) in order to ensure risk mitigation at our sites.

Lead the emergency prevention agenda, according to the guidelines set by FM Global. Coordinate the agenda with the sites to close the human element recommendations and, together with Engineering Department ensure the Highly Protected Risk certification for our sites.

Ensure compliance in the report of data in the Water module in myEHS with the parameters of wastewater discharge, follow up on the action plan in case something goes out og parameter.

**What will you be doing?**
- Develop, EHS strategic plan according business priorities, integrating GEHSMS Standards I-E
- Supports the implementation of GEHSMS in our sites E-S
- Support and follow up of government inspections in our sites I-E-S
- Management the correct execution of the EHS budget I-C
- Lead the emergency prevention agenda, according to the guidelines set by FM Global E-S
- Ensure compliance in the report of data in the Water module in myEHS I-C

**Qualifications**

**Who are we looking for?**
- Professional Degree: Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering
- Statistical analysis
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience in database management.
- Ability to develop and leverage internal and external alliances and networks to maximize the achievement of business objectives.
- Knowledge of basic EHS normative applicable for food industry in Mexico
